Sales and Retention Agent

For this position, you’ll be there to answer incoming calls regarding the purchasing of a popular in-vehicle service.
Your main tasks
- Answering inbound calls with friendliness, attentiveness, and professionalism.
- Explaining the features and benefits of the service to customers.
- Enrolling new customers and upselling service plans.
- Making account and plan changes for current customers.
- Retaining customers calling to cancel their services.
Your qualifications
- Fluent in English or are bilingual in French and English.
- Able to work full time (40 hour/week) anytime throughout the campaign operation hours; Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight).
- Can complete a full time, eight weeklong (two months) training period in office.
- Have worked in sales, retail, or call centers before; or have transferable experience from other industries.
- Can learn how to use and operate multiple computer programs with ease.

Our exceptional conditions and advantages
- A base salary of $16.00/hour for unilingual agents, and $17.00/hour for bilingual agents.
