Customer Service Agent

Are you someone who is passionate about helping others? Do you find joy in making sure people get the assistance they need? This is the role for you! In this position, you will be responding to inbound calls from customers using an automotive service, to assist with emergency and vehicle-related situations and requests. (Prior knowledge of cars not required!)
Your main tasks
- Answering inbound calls with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
- Dispatching and assisting emergency services to vehicles involved in accidents.
- Guiding clients through the set-up and use of included applications.
- Supporting other non-emergency features included in service.
Your qualifications
- Fluent in English, or are bilingual in French and English, or Spanish and English.
- Able to work full time (40 hour/week) anytime throughout the campaign operation hours; Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight).
- Can complete a full time, eight weeklong (two months) training period in office.
- Have worked in customer service, dispatching, or call centers before; or have transferable experience from other industries.
- Can learn how to use and operate multiple computer programs with ease.
- Consider themselves to be problem-solvers, adaptable to changing situations and are motivated to be the best of the best!

- A base salary of $16.00/hour for unilingual agents, and $17.00/hour for bilingual agents.
