Customer Service Agent (Travel Industry)

Expected start date: Friday, June 28th, 2024 (06-28-2024).

Do you love all things having to do with travel, and customer service? This is your opportunity to shine! For this position, you will be assisting customers within the travel/aviation industry with their reservation needs.

Your main tasks

  • Answer incoming calls from customers with a high-level of professionalism.
  • Provide each customer with a personalized service experience.
  • Help to answer questions and provide related information for bookings.
  • Create, modify, and confirm changes made to reservations.
  • Aid with ticket access or website navigation issues.

Your qualifications

  • Fluent (bilingual) in English and French, for writing and speaking.
  • Able to work full time (40 hour/week) anytime throughout the campaign operation hours; Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight).
  • Can complete a two-week, full time (40 hour/week), in-office training.
  • Have previous customer service, travel industry, or call center experience; or have transferable experience from other industries.
  • Can learn how to use and operate multiple computer systems with ease.
  • Having TICO or OPC certification (an asset).
  • Consider themselves to be problem-solvers, adaptable to changing situations, and are motivated to be the best of the best!
