Sales and Customer Service Agent

Are you looking for an opportunity to use your customer service and sales skills at once? This role is the best of both worlds! For this position, you will be receiving incoming calls to assist and sell to customers within the financial sector.
Your main tasks
- Answering inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner, with discretion.
- Activating new accounts and provide information about the service to new customers.
- Assisting current customers with account changes and questions.
- Promoting new products and services to customers.
- Upselling related products and services to new and existing customers.
Your qualifications
- Fluent in English or are bilingual in French and English.
- Able to work full time (40 hour/week) anytime throughout the campaign operation hours; Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight), and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Can complete training within and work from our office.
- Have worked in sales, retail, or call centers before; or have transferable experience from other industries.
- Have previous experience upselling, either in person or via phone.
- Can learn how to use and operate multiple computer programs with ease.
- Consider themselves to be problem-solvers, adaptable to changing situations and are motivated to be the best of the best!
Our exceptional conditions and advantages
- A base salary of $16.00/hour for unilingual agents, and $17.00/hour for bilingual agents.
