Your main tasks
For this position, you will be receiving inbound calls from customers within the financial sector. Your specific tasks will include:
- Answering inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner, with discretion.
- Activating new accounts and provide information about the service to new customers.
- Assisting current customers with account changes and questions.
- Promoting new products and services to customers.
- Upselling related products and services to new and existing customers.
Your qualifications
What do we think makes someone a great candidate?! We’re looking for people who:
- Speak English fluently.
- Able to work full time (40 hour/week) anytime throughout the campaign operation hours; Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight), and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. *Please note we are most interested in candidates who can work 40 hours/week long-term.
- Able to complete a full-time training period and work from the office. *Please note there is no option to work from home with this position.
- Have worked in sales, retail or call centers before; or have translatable experience from other industries. Experience with upselling is an asset!
- Can learn how to use and operate multiple computer programs with ease.
- Consider themselves to be problem-solvers, adaptable to changing situations and are motivated to be the best of the best!

The base salary for this position is $16/hour for English-only agents, with the chance to earn bonuses.
