Your main responsibilities are to handle bilingual inbound calls and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Your main tasks

Assist customers in taking orders and handling complaints in a professional manner and with the utmost respect for the standards defined in terms of quality of service and productivity;
Obtain, update and confirm with the utmost care and in a confidential manner, all our customers’ personal information;
Listen carefully to customers and ask the right questions to recommend the best possible subscription offer;
To show empathy and adopt a positive attitude that will reassure customers and provide a high level of satisfaction;
Adapt and follow all new offers and practices to best meet the evolving needs of customers;
Demonstrate strong collaborative and teamwork skills with your colleagues, helping to maintain a culture of mutual support and information sharing.

Are fluent in English or French and English;
Have graduated from High school diploma or equivalent experience;
Available Monday to Saturday between 8:00 am and 12:00 am and Sunday between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm with flexible schedules to meet the needs of the company with possibility of working from home after the probation period;
Have strong customer service and sales skills;
Are comfortable working in a computerized environment;

A salary of $15 / hour for unlingual English agents;
A salary of $16 / hour for bilingual agents;
A bonus program based on your performance;
Three days paid training;
Several occasions to learn and develop (through online and peer training).
