Your main tasks

  • Answer incoming calls from customers with proven authenticity;
  • Listen carefully to customer needs to provide a personalized experience;
  • Promote the brand’s products and assist customers browsing the websites;
  • Follow up with customers on current issues;
  • Demonstrate empathy, openness and maintain a positive attitude in all situations;
  • De-escalate difficult cases and maintain control of the call (our in-house training will help you do this!)
  • Manage your time efficiently to optimize call processing;
  • Support your teammates. By sharing our strategies, we are able to provide impeccable service.

Your qualifications

  • Expert in customer service and sales in a call center environment
  • Fluently bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken;
  • Motivated by helping people and putting them at ease;
  • Masterful in the art of analysis and problem solving;
  • Comfortable with calculations and technology;
  • Able to adapt to different computer software;
  • TICO certification (an asset);
  • Effective in managing reservation systems (an asset);
  • If you have a land line phone connection (an asset);
  • And if you have already worked in the tourism or travel products industry, even better!

Our exceptional conditions and advantages

  • A paid training of approximately 2 weeks, with the option to work from home;
  • A 40-hour schedule, Monday to Sunday between 7:00 a.m. and midnight;
  • A base salary of $17 per hour;
