Your main responsibilities are to handle incoming calls from customers regarding subscription, renewal, or cancellation with an objective to overcome any customer objection and maximize customer retention & loyalty.
Your main tasks
- Up-selling and/or cross-selling premium products;
- Employ a sale and negotiating approach in retaining customers wishing to cancel their services;
- Provides all the product benefits and services and demonstrate how the recommendation will add value to the customer;
- Listening, empathizing, and acknowledging customers needs to promote reliability and trust;
- Supporting your teammates and ensure established business goals are met.
Your qualifications
- Are fluently speaking in English, English/French or English/Spanish;
- Have strong influencing, sales, negotiation and closing skills to make appropriate product and service recommendations;
- Have exceptional interpersonal skills and passionate commitment to helping customers;
- Can meet required call center production and sales metrics;
- Master the art of analyzing and problem-solving;
- Have an outgoing, positive, ‘smile’ on phone attitude.
Our exceptional conditions and advantages
- Full time 40 hours/week schedule between Monday and Sunday from 6:00am to midnight with the opportunity to work from home after the training;
- A based salary of $15/hour + incentives up to 17$/h;
- A based salary of $17/hour + incentives up to 19$/h;
- A bonus program based on your performance;
- Three weeks paid training + one-week on the job training;
