France Couture President-Founder
France Couture has a degree from Hautes Etudes Commerciales (H.E.C) and over 20 years of experience working in the call centre industry.
She received the H.E.C. Relève d’Excellence Award in the Business Creation category in 1997, and sits on a number of boards of directors, including
- AMR (formerly SQMD, Société Québécoise du Marketing Direct)
- ACM (formerly ACMD), the Quebec branch of the Canadian Marketing Association (CMA)
- Dimension Clientèle
She is also a past member of the CMA executive committee.

Jason Drum Executive Vice President, minority shareholder
Profile: Master’s degree in analytical chemistry, 17 years experience in the call centre industry
Jason Drum’s main focus is ensuring the quality of services VOXDATA provides its clients with a constant eye to client ROI and profitability.
He joined our team in 1997 and was promoted to executive vice president in 2006.

Gaétan Comeau Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development
Mr. Comeau holds a 10+ year history of solid experience in the customer relationship management services, assuming general management and business development positions on behalf of global business process outsourcers. Mr. Comeau main focus is to provide value added solutions to companies, that increase customer experience, helping them to grow their revenue, expand margins, improve working capital management, increase customer retention, and help improve overall competitive differentiation.
Mr. Comeau is responsible for creating the company new business development plan and forging relationships with clients who are seeking unique and innovative contact center solutions like VOXDATA.
He was appointed in September 2011, holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and is a member of the Canadian Marketing Association.

Yves St-Amand Vice President, Finance
Profile: Master’s degree in taxation, some 25 years of experience in the field of finance. Auditor for VOXDATA since 1995, Yves St-Amand agreed to take on the role of vice president of finance in 2007.
His role is to oversee cash flow, investor relations, taxes, information systems, and internal audits for the company.

Lise Racicot Vice-President Client Experience
With 20 years experience in the field of customer service in the tourism industry and 11 years of experience in call centers, Lise Racicot brings wealth of experience in her role of Vice-President Client Experience.
Ms. Racicot's main task will be to develop relations between VOXDATA and its employees at all levels in order to ensure they have the necessary tools to maintain the highest standards in the client experience area.
Ms Racicot was on our team from 1999 to 2005 and has returned in 2009 for this newly created position.
