Your main tasks
This position is involving customers using an in-vehicle service, answering sales-related inbound calls (no prior knowledge of cars is necessary). Your specific tasks will include:
- Answering inbound calls with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
- Assisting customers with making changes to service plans and answering billing inquiries.
- Retaining customers calling to cancel or reduce services.
- Offer information relating to what the service includes, its use, and its benefits to customers.
- Upselling related features included in the service.
Your qualifications
What do we think makes someone a great candidate? We’re looking for people who:
- Speak English fluently or are bilingual in French and English.
- Can work 40 hours/week anytime during the campaign operational days and hours: Monday to Sunday, between 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight). *Please note this is a permanent, full-time position, therefore, we are most interested in candidates who can remain at 40 hours/week, year-round.
- Have worked in sales, retail, or call centers before; or have translatable experience from other industries.
- Can learn how to use and operate multiple computer programs with ease.
- Consider themselves to be problem-solvers, adaptable to changing situations and are motivated to be the best of the best!

The base salary for this position is $16.10/hour for English-only candidates, and $17.00/hour for bilingual candidates, with the chance to earn bonuses.
