Your main tasks
This is a customer service (reservation agent) position, within the travel industry. Your specific tasks will include:
- Provide exceptional customer service at every interaction .
- Answer incoming customer calls to assist with creating reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Resolve access issues related to ticket and assist with navigation on the website.
- Provide detailed information about tickets and answer general questions related to reservation.
- Assist customers with other reservation-related needs.
Your qualifications
What do we think makes someone a great candidate? We’re looking for people who:
- Can work 40 hours/week anytime during the campaign operation hours: Monday to Sunday, from 7 AM to 12 AM (midnight). *Please note this is a permanent, full-time position, and we are therefore interested in candidates who can maintain a 40 hours/week year-round.
- Are bilingual in French and English.
- Can complete a full time (40 hour/week), eleven day, in-office training period.
- Previous experience in customer service or contact centres or similar experience in other industries.
- Can learn how to use and operate multiple computer programs with ease.
- Can work evenings and weekends as needed, depending on operational requirements during those times.
- Consider themselves to be problem-solvers, adaptable to changing situations and motivated to be the best of the best!

This position has a base salary of $17.00/hour, with the possibility to earn up to $200 in bonuses upon successful completion of training. After completing the required certification program, you will have the option to work from home.
