Important notice
If you are registered on the National DNCL, you will receive fewer telemarketing calls, however there are a few exceptions for which you may still receive telemarketing telecommunications for including telecommunications:
- Made by or on behalf of a registered charity ;
- Made to a person
- With whom the person making the telecommunication, or the person or organization on whose behalf the telecommunications is made, has an existing business relationship, and
- Who has not made a do not call request in respect of the person or organization on whose behalf the telecommunication is made;
- Made by or on behalf of a political party;
- Made by or on behalf of a nomination contestant, leadership contestant or candidate of a political party;
- Made by or on behalf of an association of members of a political party;
- Made for the sole purpose of collecting information for a survey of members of the public; or
- Made for the sole purpose of soliciting a subscription for a newspaper of general circulation;
- Made to a business

By completing the form below you acknowledge that you are authorized to register this residential or wireless telephone number on the Voxdata Do Not Call Registry and that this number is your property or you have been granted the authority for the number. Furthermore, you acknowledge and understand that in accordance to the Telemarketing Rules governed by the CRTC that Voxdata has 31 days to process your request and that during that time you may still receive calls.
By completing this process you have given Voxdata permission to remove your number off its calling list and the calling lists of its clients and prospective clients. In doing so, you understand that you may be prevented from receiving pertinent information to which you may not otherwise receive without contacting those clients directly. If you share this number please remember you are registering for everyone who uses this line.
In accordance to the Telemarketing Rules governed by the CRTC your number will remain on the Voxdata Do Not Call Registry for five (5) years, after such time you may be called by Voxdata. You understand that you also have the option of contacting Voxdata during the five (5) years to remove this number from its Do Not Call Registry in order to receive calls on behalf of its clients. Voxdata and its clients will not be held liable for any information not presented or provided to you on behalf of its clients as a result of this request for submission on the Voxdata Do Not Call Registry, including but not limited to any expenses or financial loss related to this submission.
